My stay was really really nice, I really enjoyed that it was clean throughout, with nice views and beautiful lovation near motorway and link roads as well as shops/food outlets/Pautons Park and surrounding attractions. Early check-in and the staff was amiable.

Loved the place, fine stay. Breakfast was good hot, plenty of dishes to choose from. Cheerful and very pleasant staff, exceptional service. Unbeatable location, within easy walking distance of ageas bowl cricket ground.

The breakfast was good with plenty of cheese, bacon and fresh fruit. Apart from that, a country park was 10 minutes away by driving.
We thought our air conditioner had a problem, it was weak.

Reasonable value, fully booked hotel. I loved it, and I found the staff cheery. Remote location with marvellous views. The breakfast was FRESH MADE and offered plenty of savoury food.
Communication was challenging, wi-fi was rather slow.
